Commercial Properties
5 Atchison street, St Leonards
5-7 Atchison Street St. Leonards
LIFA is undertaking the construction of this 13 storey above ground residential/commercial building, which contains 54 apartments, 6 commercial spaces and 5 levels of basement car parking, with a construction value of $24 million.
The construction is expected to be finished in April 2016.

This residential apartment block consists of 47 luxury apartments with 2 levels of underground car parking.
Construction Value: $17 million
The construction is managed by LIFA and expected to completion in April 2015

Consolidate two adjoined property and development 10 multi level townhouses.

Le Chateu
20 Tryon Road, Lindfield
20 – 22 Tryon Road Lindfield
Le Chateau is considered a flagship project for LIFA. It contains 27 luxury apartments with 2 levels of underground car parking.
Construction Value: $16 million
This project is a true reflection of the capacity of LIFA to manage and construct a residential development. It covers all aspects of a typical residential building with an emphasis on the interior luxury detailing and finishing.

Apartment Building
Campsie Garden
Campsie Garden is considered another land mark project for LIFA.
It contains 72 apartments and 10 commercial spaces with 2 levels of underground car
parking with a construction value in excess $15 million.
The complexity and the scale of the project required exceptional project management skills. In essence, Campsie Garden is a true reflection of company capacity.

Apartment Development
The Kennedy
29-31 Mountain Street, Ultimo
It is a transformation of a two storey office building into a 6 storeys residential apartment blocks. It involves under pinning, bore piering and excavation under extreme difficult conditions to strengthen the existing structure. Stacked parking machines arrangements were adopted to satisfy parking code within confined space.
The difficulty and complicity of the project again demonstrate the company’s ability to handle all sorts of the site conditions and problem solving.
Construction value: $3 Million

Residential Properties
Rebuild of a confederation style house
Project completed in 24 months, this was a challenging project. Design to keep the original character of the sand stone front wall and house design, and add modem and grand interior design to the new home.
